The ‘Mission’ of Red Monkey Company

Red Monkey Company introduces the ‘Red Monkey Story’ and the ‘Engine of Innovation Operating System’ into the world of Organizational Development. Both are based on ‘Red Monkey Innovation Management’, developed and shared by Jef Staes in his book ‘My Organization is a Jungle’.

The Engine of Innovation Operating System is built to boost real learning and agile, disruptive innovation in teams, organizations, companies and regions.

Red Monkey Company’s mission, “Switch 3D, Together, we boost your Engine of Innovation”, aligns with both the Red Monkey Story and the EOI Operating System.

‘Switch 3D’, captures the mission in one word. Guiding organizations from a stable, flat, and predictable 2D-World (2-Dimensional) to a chaotic, stormy and unpredictable 3D-World (3-Dimensional because of the waves).

The portfolio of Red Monkey Company has to be in the groove with the content of the Red Monkey Story and the EOI Operating System.

To start portfolio development, we are kickstarting 4 products.

Red Monkey Library

A growing repository of Poster Talks, debates, best practices and Q&A, structured by the five Red Monkey Story Chapters and the EOI‑OS.

Red Monkey Talks

Live or online events (Poster Talks, Debates & More) feeding the library with the best outputs. Red Monkey Talks are ‘short’, to the point events with one or more Poster Talks and Engagement Moments.

Red Monkey Meetups

Red Monkey Meetups are organized in different set-ups but always promote networking between participants eager to learn the Red Monkey Story or apply the Engine of Innovation Operating System. Most meetups will be one-day events.

Red Monkey Journeys

Customized awakening programs ranging from half‑day immersions to multi‑week formats.

The Red Monkey Library, Talks & Meetups will be made available by means of Red Monkey Explorer Memberships. The Red Monkey Journeys will be organized in cooperation with partners, organizations, companies and networks.
